Global IP Counselors has remained committed to the promotion of diversity and inclusion throughout its 25-year long history and we reaffirm this commitment now more than ever.

We follow the guidance of the Mansfield Rule for diversity metrics. As a team, we continuously promote women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers and/or lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions.

33% of our firm’s equity partnership is made up of women and attorneys of color who are also members of our Recruitment Committee and the Compensation Committee. Women and attorneys of color comprise 44% of our overall partnership as well as 55% of our attorneys. In 2022, Global IP Counselors promoted three attorneys to the partnership, including one to equity ownership, all of whom are women or attorneys of color.
