Rodney A. Butler is a registered U.S. Patent Agent. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Butler is currently responsible for the preparation and prosecution of U.S. Patent applications relating to complex mechanical and electro-mechanical inventions. He began his career as a mechanical engineer at the National Aeronautic Space Administration (NASA). Mr. Butler then worked as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for seven years. Prior to joining Shinjyu Global IP, Mr. Butler served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Dwight D. Jackson for the Circuit Court of Prince George's County Maryland. Mr. Butler's professional associations include the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. |
