Technical Staff
| Megumi Honda is a member of the technical staff, and assists in the preparation of patent applications in the chemical and semiconductor fields. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Osaka Prefectural University where she conducted research in the fields of reactive engineering, biochemical engineering and fluid mechanics. Ms. Honda was previously employed at a semiconductor manufacturer as a production engineer. |
