Many of our clients file significant numbers of design patent applications throughout the world. Besides filing and prosecuting these applications on their behalf, we are able to prepare high quality, low cost drawings for these applications with the latest in computer-aided drafting software and printers. The GLOBAL IP Group has access to all of the major patent and trademark databases throughout the world. Should a more complete search become necessary, we have an extensive network of associates throughout the world who can search the records of various national patent and trademark offices by hand. In addition, we can organize a complete patent and trademark watch service in Japan for those clients who require it.

TRANSLATION

A poor translation can have a devastating effect on one's intellectual property protection. We have insisted on staff members who can speak and read a number of different languages. By being able to read in other languages, our staff can identify mistakes in translations done by outside translators. Should our clients so desire, we are able to provide high quality translations in house at very competitive rates and on short notice.
